The Wearable Art Show
I founded this Wearable Art Show in 2007 with a dedicated group of amazing cohorts. We started out as "Just for Us Originals" at the Old Mill Inn in Toronto with half of it fine art, half wearable art. Became a dedicated wearable art show in 2009 and incorporated it as a not for profit in 2011. Changed the name to "The Wearable Art Show" in 2012. Took the year off in 2016 to make the move to Oakville where it takes place every year in October.
Although I am not longer the president I continue to work along side this amazing team on our features and artist challenges and take my place among the artists selling. You have no idea how great it feels to be able to say IT IS THE BEST WEARABLE ART SHOW IN CANADA"now after all the challenges along the way.
